**Shipping Policy**

- **Processing Time:** Orders are typically processed within 1‑3 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- **Domestic Shipping:** We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50 and a flat rate of $5.99 for orders under $50. Standard shipping usually takes 3‑7 business days after processing, depending on your location.
- **International Shipping:** At this time we do not ship internationally. Please check back as we expand our services.

**Returns & Exchanges**

- **Return Window:** If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. 
- **How to Initiate a Return:** Contact our support team at support@purebalancewellness.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
- **Refunds:** Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees (if any) are non‑refundable.
- **Exchanges:** Need a different size or product? Let us know and we will process an exchange as long as the item is in new, unused condition.
